Results from the DAW Poll
In a recent poll on this site a massive amount of people answered which Digital Audio Workstation they used.
The results are as follows:
Out of 23 people who answered
8 use Fl Studio
4 use Cubase
4 use Reason
3 use logic
3 use pro tools
1 use Ableton live
This site saw well over 5000 page views during the duration of this poll and only 23 people took the time to answer the poll. My conclusion is that many have not yet decided on a DAW to use and I should have added that to the poll questions. Oh well. Seems like FL Studio is the winner.
Take ten seconds and help answer the next poll.

Pro tools are absolutely brilliant
nice responses were given by audience and further i think opinion will be the same in the future too.
I can't really get on with pro tools but I'v heard they are great, just need someone to show me the ropes I think
COol, Im surprised Pro Tools is so low down the list though
I would choose protools
These lists are really useful for when you want to get some new equipment. Public opinion generally goes in line with the best products
Though I can use any DAW effectively. I am an avid Cubase user.

Im always a pro tools man
I am Cubase user, but i think that i should also try FI Studio..
Thanks for sharing the list so we have knowlege that whivh tools are most completely used
In my opinion Pro tool is best as compared to others in the list. Pro Tools is similar to a multi-track tape recorder and mixer, with additional features that can only be performed in the digital medium.
protools i have used them & really they made my tasks very easier & i want to make it popular in my friends group also that's why i have posted about it on my facebook account!
pro tools we know if we want to make our work easier then we have to use it otherwise just like a loser we have to see the face of the others & what so for me the pro tools are very great !
the pro tools are just like an accelerates to speed up our work & that is why i prefer them always!great!every body prefers them!
They are very much necessary for making the work go on pretty well and i am confident that it would work really well enough.
it is very true & purely applicable for the other tasks as well!i mean this is the most reliable poll i have been seen!
I always a used to work in pro tools man.In my opinion Pro tool is best as compared to others in the list. Pro Tools is similar to a multi-track tape recorder and mixer, with additional features that can only be performed in the digital medium.
Ya as bharadwaj said pro tools is best when compare to others. I agree with him.
A good list of equipments they are... and i am quite sure that many people would definitely like it.
I love this pro tools. it's hilarious!!!
This list of the Daw is very useful in various aspects!thanks for it!
These are really good post and i am sure that many people will like it.
Pro tool i have never used it but my friends tell me it useful.
Clued-up post! For more information I will be in touch.
Pro tools works great.
I find it odd that so few people are using ProTools. I imagine most of these votes are home amateurs or people recording just for fun that don't want to pay the money for the Digidesign hardware. It's too bad though, cause you can really do a lot more with ProTools the more you get to know the interface.
CuBase is the way to go. Easy to use and good results
I am a pro tool man!hehha..
Very useful information provided and get more information.
So nice of you for posting this good tool.

Hey buddy, good post, thanks to you for writing this..
cubase all the way for me, took me forever to get the thing running. Its a steep learning curve but once you get your head around it all it really does help your creative flow.
A geat and specific thing, always great to find!
Cubase is really good tool. Picture sharing by you is nice. Interesting post. thanks for sharing.
I'm surprised Cubase was not at the top. I remember recording full tracks on Acid Pro before moving to Cubase. Definitely, will try out the others in the list. I think I got the music tech bug.
It is Interesting blog theme...

Another great url shortener – many thanks.
This method has worked at least once for me and my 'just say no' control freak xtian boss will never know the difference.
Personally I'm a cubase fan.
I've heard it's better now than it was at launch. So I would like to know your experience with Vista as a DAW, considering some applications and hardware which I am considering using. Just select what you got, and how you're finding the results.
Come guys... of course pro tools is the best in quality hardware/software but this is the most expensive as well... I would go for FL studio, great tool and easy learning curve...
Peace!
